Hi there Paul,
Great to see you on this wonderful Sunday morning! We hope you're doing well.
If you've issued payments via TD Bank Bill Pay that you'd like to review, you can do so by following these steps:
-Log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq
-Click on the 'Bill Pay' tab
-From there, click on the 'Bill History' tab
-Use the Drop-Down box to select the time frame you'd like to view
-This will populate a list of your payments made
-If you click on the "View Details" button on the right of each payment, you can determine if the payment was sent electronically or via check
Kindly note that this screen under your Bill Pay tab will reflect the payments that you have scheduled; however, that screen will not indicate the status of your payments with respect to your account. We recommend that you refer to your Account History (under the Accounts tab) to locate the posted payment and ensure it has been completed. If you're unable to locate the item in your Account History, this indicates that the item is not yet paid. If you have questions on this for your account, please get in touch with one of our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562, using Option 3.
On the other hand, Paul, if you've hand written some checks recently that haven't been presented to your account for payment yet, kindly note we will not be able to provide you with a record of these. This is due to the fact that TD Bank does not have any information regarding checks you have written until they are presented to the Bank for payment and deducted from your account.
We recommend that you maintain a ledger for these items to ensure you have a record of any items that may be deducted from your account. If you like, you can stop in at any of our Stores listed here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to pick up a check register or two for this purpose.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or reply here and we'll be happy to help.
Thanks again for the question, Paul! Hoping this helps and have a great afternoon.
