Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Cali. We'd be happy to help provide the steps on how to set up balance alerts.
Before we begin, we'd like to let you know that to set up this alert, you would need to be signed into your TD Online Banking via the PC. As you'll be using your mobile phone, you may log in via your browser. Please be sure to select "View full site" at the bottom of the page.
After you log in: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please see below for step-by-step help:
-Select "Alerts" tab
-Please click on "Set up a new Alert" box located on the right hand side of the screen below "You customer alerts"
-As you would like to set up a balance alert, please choose "Balance" then "Continue"
-Select the account you'd like to receive the notification, the Criteria, the Dollar amount, and the contact of where the notification is being sent to. Once you are done, please save the request by selecting "Finish"
If you would like set this alert for more than one of your TD account, simply click on the "set up another alert: blue hyperlink to start a new one.
