I want my property manager to be able to deposit rent checks into my account but I do not want them to have full access to my account. Ideally the rent checks are made out to my name, given to the property manager who brings them to the bank and deposits them.

Thank you for coming to TD Helps with your question, Matthew. We will be happy to give you the procedures to follow.
In order for your property manager to deposit a check made payable to you into your TD Bank account, he or she needs to write “for deposit only” with your account number on the back of the check. Please note, a deposit slip does need to be filled out for this request. The deposit can be processed with a Teller in the Lobby or Drive-thru at any TD Bank location. To find out TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at 1-888-751-9000, available 24/7.
We hope this helps. Have a great one!
