Thanks for connecting with us, Pamela and sorry to hear about any online difficulties. We'll be happy to help you start using your online account.
Since you mentioned that you've tried signing up and our site indicated that your online account was already created, you have a couple of options.
If you think you may know the user name you selected and have a Social Security number, you'll be able to reset your password yourself. Please start here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Trouble Logging In link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, you'll be asked to answer two security questions that you previously set up. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password so you can log in.
If you're unable to recall your user name or otherwise need any assistance, feel free to get in touch with one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who can help you recover your login information in just a few moments. If you're nearby, also feel free to stop in at any TD Bank Store found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for assistance.
You may be glad to know that once you have enrolled in Online Banking, you can also use your mobile phone to access your account information and make deposits. To download the Mobile App for your Android or iPhone, please click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. Your user name and password will be the same as you established for Online Banking. You can input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link. If your account has been open for 90 days or more and you would like to begin using the Mobile Deposit feature, please also see this link for information and guidelines to TD Bank Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit at: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL.
Hope this will help you get up and running, Pamela! We hope you have a wonderful day.
