Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Sam. This is a great question, and we'll be happy to help.
If you are currently not receiving paper statements, and would like to, you may change this setting right from your Online Banking! If you are not yet enrolled in Online Banking, the process is quick and easy!
To begin, please select this link: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. The web page will ask you to select your account type, either "Personal" or "Business." After you select your account type, you will then be asked to accept the Online Banking Agreement. The next step will require the use of some personal information. You will need your account number, Social Security number, ATM/VISA debit card number, and your email address. Once you fill in the required fields and select "Continue," where you will then be asked to create three security questions. When you submit them, you will gain immediate access to your account(s) online!
If you have any issues enrolling, or you have any other questions or concerns, you may contact us 24/7 at 800-493-7562. Our Digital Banking Specialists will be happy to answer any Online Banking questions you may have. Similarly, you may visit any TD Store in your area for help. For lobby hours and locations near you please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Once you have successfully enrolled in Online Banking, you may then choose to enroll in Paper Statements. We have provided the steps below for your convenience:
- After logging into Online Banking, click on the tab that reads "Customer Service."
- Under the "Self Service" tab, you will see a section that reads "Update Profile and Preferences" You will want to click on the icon that reads "Online Statement Settings" under this section.
- From here, you will be viewing all of your current accounts, and you may then make a selection for which accounts you wish to receive Online or Paper Statements for.
- After reading and accepting both agreements towards the bottom of the page, you may then proceed to save your changes.
If you experience any issues, or wish to speak to a Customer Service Representative for assistance, feel free to visit your nearest TD Store during lobby hours. You may locate the nearest Store location to you by following the link provided above. In addition, you may also call to speak with a Representative at 1-888-751-9000, who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We hope this helped, Sam. Enjoy the rest of your day, and have a great weekend!
