Was charges twice from T mobile and then realized. Called them immediately then put in a stop payment with you. T mobile called me this am at 6 am and they have requested a credit for the same. What do I need to do?

We understand your concern, Teresa. We'd be glad to assist.
Based on your question, it sounds as though your cell phone provider is planning to credit your account for a transaction in which you placed a stop payment. Please know that as you placed the stop payment, a credit from your cell phone provider would not be necessary. If the stop payment was unsuccessful, you may need to remove the stop in order for them to credit your account.
To best assist and discuss your account, we ask that you contact us directly. You are able to call our Banking Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Banking Specialists will be glad to assist with your concerns.
