How can I transfer funds from my TD acc't to an account at another financial institution? The last response to this question I could find was in 2014 which might explain why it doesn't work. What is the process under the new TD platform?

Welcome to TD Helps, William.
You can transfer funds from your TD Bank account to an account you have with another financial institution via TD Bank Online. After you log into online banking (https://go.td.com/1eaISlq) click on the "Transfers" tab. Right below the tab you will have three (3) options:
• Transfer Between Your TD Bank Accounts
• Transfer to Accounts Outside TD Bank
• More Ways to Send Money
Select "Transfer to Accounts Outside TD Bank". If this is your first time using this service you must enroll. Once you've followed the instructions to enroll in the service, you may complete a Transfer. Please have the routing and account numbers available to input.
You can learn more about External transfers by reviewing the Terms and Conditions: https://go.td.com/1pADlWD and Fee Schedule: https://go.td.com/1cTejgt.
Happy New Year William, we hope this helps.
