Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Zygimantas.
Transferring funds is easier than it has ever been before with our new feature called the "Person-to-Person" transfer, which allows you to send and receive funds via your Online Banking. This feature is free for transfers between TD Bank accounts and it allows you to send money domestically to any account inside and outside TD Bank without having to visit a Store.
To use this feature, you and the person initiating the transfer must be enrolled in Online Banking. If you or this person has not enrolled yet, that can be done for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. To enroll, you/they will need to provide the Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card number, account number, and e-mail address. If you/they do not have a debit or ATM card or need any assistance enrolling please call 800-493-7562 to speak with one of our Digital Specialists available 24/7. Once you both have enrolled for Online Banking, they can select the “Person-to-Person” tab to enroll for this specific feature. For the Terms and Conditions in addition to information on the payment methods and amounts, please check http://bit.ly/1pADlWD.
If you're referring to transferring funds between your accounts online you may certainly do so. If you're not enrolled in online banking, you may follow the directions provided previously for access. After you've logged into your online account successfully, you may transfer between any of your TD accounts, please click on the "Transfer" tab. This screen will allow you to choose which account you'd like to transfer to and from, and enter in the amount of the transfer. With this feature you'll be able to either complete an immediate transfer or schedule a recurring transfer. If you are unable to view an account online, please contact us and we will be sure to help!
You would also be able to transfer funds between your accounts while on the go with our TD Mobile Banking Application. For more information about our TD App and directions on how to download it for your smart phone please visit here: http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H.
If you have any questions about the mentioned topics, we ask that you contact us 24/7 by using the number listed above or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours.
Thanks for stopping by today, Zygimantas. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
