Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question, Consuelo.
For your protection, we monitor your card's activity and we may decline any irregular TD debit/ATM transactions that are attempted unless we are notified that you are traveling abroad.
If you did not place a travel notification, you can do so while in Colombia by calling us 24/7 at 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518. You may also add the travel notification by sending us a Secure Message via Online Banking. To send a secured message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, there will be an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. Please include the travel destination(s) and travel dates.
If you are not enrolled for Online Banking, you are able to do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, your Social Security number and your e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your online account.
We also invite you to check out http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu for more travel tips while overseas.
If you are referring to a TD Credit Card please contact our Credit Card Specialists, while you're outside the United States 24/7 by dialing 706-644-3266.
Hope this helps, Consuelo and have a safe a fun trip!
