Thanks for asking your question on TD Helps, Patricia.
There are a few options available to verify that a stop payment was processed. You may give us a call at 888-751-9000 24/7 or even visit a TD Bank Store. A listing of TD Bank Store hours and locations can be found by clicking onto this link: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You may also send us a secure message to verify the stop payment was processed.
If you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send us a secure message by first logging into your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”.
If you have not enrolled and would like to, you may do so if you have an ATM/Debit Card and email address. Simply fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. If you are experiencing any difficulties enrolling with Online Banking, please feel free to call us at the number listed above.
As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
Hope you find this helpful and have a marvelous day.
