Thank you for reaching out to us here on TD Helps, Pilar! We'll be happy to answer your question.
Although deposit slips and check images are not viewable through Online Banking, you can receive copies of these documents. You can request these copies by contacting our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000. Our Banking Specialists can submit your request and have these copies mailed to your home address. Please keep in mind that there may be fees associated with this request. Please click here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to view our Fee Schedule.
You may also send your request via Secured Messaging through Online Banking as well. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. From there, signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. We recommend contacting our 24/7 Digital Banking at 800-493-7562 if you have any difficulties or any questions. One of our Specialists can set up your Online Banking for you; they can even submit your request for copies. You could still send the secured message if you wish by clicking on the "Customer Service" tab and then select "Send A Message".
You also have the option of visiting any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a Store near you.
We hope this helps and have a great day, Pilar!
