How can I view the entire account number for one of my payees? I accidentally sent a payment to an old, closed account so I cannot call and ask the credit card company.

Hi Jennifer! Thanks for coming to TD Helps with a great question.
As a security measure, the entire account numbers for your payees are is not viewable online.
If you've made a payment to a closed account in error, we can help. Please contact our Tech Support Team 24/7 at 800-493-7562. If the payment was made through Bill Pay, we can research the payment and may be able to send you a proof of payment, including the account number. This would be sent to you via secure message to your online and mobile banking. We may also be able to open a case and request that the payee return the funds that were paid to a closed account.
If you'd like to be assisted in person, please visit us at one of our local TD Bank Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We look forward to hearing from you soon so that we may help in resolving this with you. Have a great day, Jennifer!

Thank you for your quick response! I actually sent 2 secure messages requesting the entire account number and I never received a reply. This was after talking to someone at TD Bank on Friday. It's possible I sent it to the wrong support team.
I just got off the phone with my credit card company and they were able to find the missing transaction. I will remove my old, closed account so this does not happen again! I am also going to save a copy of this email just in case.
