From your message, it sounds like you may be one of our Business Customers using our BusinessDirect Online service. If so, we'd like to let you know that you'll be able to view images of deposits made within the last 60 days via this platform. If you're looking for images prior to this time frame, no worries, we have a couple of options for you to obtain copies of your deposits that you can't view online.
First, you may request to have your check images or deposit slips mailed to you by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Customer Service Representative or visiting your local TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours. You should expect to receive your copies at your address on file within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that delivery times can vary depending on your postal office.
In addition, you may also send a Secure Message to request the copies to be mailed to you. To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank online profile. Once logged in, visit the Customer Service tab and select the appropriate link to request your copies. Please note that fees may apply for this service.
