Thanks so much for reaching out to us today! We're happy to help.
If your cousin would like to send you funds from Florida, he or she would be more than welcome to send the funds to you via wire transfer. They would typically need to complete this at their bank – we'll provide you with the instructions they'll need here.
To receive a domestic wire to your account, you can provide your cousin with the information we have listed for you here: http://bit.ly/1d6xZtF. They can then take this to their bank for the next steps.
Keep in mind that wire transfer fees may apply. For our current Fee Schedule please see here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. We would also recommend that you or your cousin check with the other financial institution to obtain information regarding any additional fees for their services.
To save money on fees, if your cousin is located in an area of Florida in which we have Stores, they could also stop in to make the deposit directly. For a current listing of our Stores, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Carmencita, you could also take advantage of our Popmoney option if you use online banking with us, or if you'd like to. This is our Person-to-Person Transfer feature and you'll be able to request funds using this service. We invite you here: http://bit.ly/1h4ZIkL for a little more information. We'll be happy to walk you through the enrollment for this service to get you started.
If you are already enrolled for online banking, please click here to log in: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After logging in to your account, you can click on the tab at the top of the page titled "Person-to-Person Payments." You will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for you. Next we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once the enrollment is complete you’ll be ready to start using the service!
To then request money from your cousin, after you're enrolled simply select the "Request Money" tab under the "Person-to-Person" tab after you log in and follow the prompts to get started. Please note that fees can apply for this service. For the Transfers Terms and Conditions please see: http://bit.ly/1lkiC6K, and for more information on the fees that apply, please take a look at our Fee Schedule link above.
If you are not currently enrolled in online banking for your personal accounts, no worries - we have you covered! You can use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit card number, your Social Security number and your email address. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your accounts.
Just in case you don't have the information you need to set up your online account, or if you need assistance with enrolling or a transfer, you may contact us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with a Tech Support Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
We hope that this information is helpful and one of these options will do the trick Carmencita!
We invite you to click 'Reply' with any questions and we'll be happy to chat with you again.
Hoping you have a great day!
