Can I put a security code when someone trys to buy something online with my card? That stops them from making any purchases without my permission?

Please kindly keep in mind that when making online purchases with a Visa debit card, the transaction will be approved as long as the card information is provided correctly and sufficient funds are in the account while the purchase is made.
If you have previously provided your Visa debit card information to others and do not wish to allow him/her continues making purchases with your card, we recommend canceling your existing card and obtain a new one with different card numbers at your earliest convenience.

If you are close to a TD Bank Store location, you can stop by at any TD Bank location during lobby hours with your valid photo ID and walk out with a new card in your hand! Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. Or, you can also contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists can close your current card and order a new one for you.
Another way to request a TD Visa Debit Card is by sending a Secure Message via your online banking account. You're welcome to log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Please find the Customer Service tab and once you click there, use the Send a Message link to request a new card.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM or Debit Card number, your Social Security number and your email address. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you choose to contact us via telephone or secure online messages, the card will be mailed to your address on file. Please allow 7-10 business days for the debit card to arrive.
