Good afternoon, Kenneth.
This is a great question, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Here at TD Bank, our VISA Debit Cards are accepted worldwide, anywhere VISA is accepted, and can be used by either entering in your PIN, or by signing for your purchase. Generally speaking, to sign for your purchase, you may simply select 'Credit' at the time of your purchase.
It's important to note; however, that while TD Bank Debit Card's allow you to sign for your purchases, the amount will still be debited from your available balance as our debit cards do not have any available credit.
