If you have a personal Online Banking account, please follow these steps:
- Log in to Online Banking.
- Select the "Customer Service" tab
- Under "Self Service" click on "Statement Copy"
- Once there, click on "statements" which is highlighted in blue and underlined.
- Select the year from the drop down box
- Click on "View" on the month you would like to download
- A new window will pop up, which will give you the option to print, download, or save the statement.
Please keep in mind that statements issued on or after April 2010 are available in Adobe PDF format and you may need to download it if you do not have it already on your desktop. Please keep in mind that any statement information older than what you may currently view online will require manual entry. If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, after logging in your account from here http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
1. Click on the "Accounts" tab at the top of the screen 2. Click “Statements” 3. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement” 4. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statements 2.
If you are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your debit card, follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help. This doesn't seem to be working, my statements older than six months are all deleted for some reason, obviously for accounting, taxes, work etc statements of previous years. The file size of a pdf is so minimal so it is difficult to see why they are not available.
