Thanks for stopping by, William. We'll be glad to help you find your account number.
If you're trying to locate your account and routing numbers during the time when our Stores are closed, don't worry as there are several options available.
If you have a Checking account with TD Bank and have a supply of checks, your account number is located on the bottom of your check, to the right of the routing number. Please see http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K for an image sample indicating an example. In addition, if you receive paper statements for your account, your account number is located in the top right corner of your statement.
If you don't have either of these nearby, don't worry because we have more options for you. Another easy way to locate your account number is to log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you log in, you will be brought to the Accounts tab, which lists any accounts you have and their full account numbers. Please keep in mind that if you are already banking online and use the TD Mobile App on your phone or other device, it would be necessary to log in to our full site at the link above to view your account number.
If you don't bank online with TD Bank yet, we invite you to contact a Banking Specialist at 888-751-9000, who can enroll you after account verification during your call. You'll be glad to know that our Customer Support line has no after hours – we never close! Call us anytime, 24/7 to set this up.
And to locate your routing number, please note that these numbers are based on the State where you originally opened your account. For a list of our routing numbers by State, please visit: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF. If you're not certain which State your account is assigned to, you're welcome to call us as above for additional information.
As it sounds like you might be setting up a direct deposit, if it is useful to you, please find a Direct Deposit Authorization Form available for download at http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6. This form can be presented to your employer or to the US Government to begin your direct deposit.
Thanks again for joining us, William and we hope this has been helpful. Have a great day!
