I would like to withdraw money from my savings using my atm card and i cant?

We're so sorry to hear that you're having trouble withdrawing funds from you Savings account using your TD Bank ATM Card, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Here at TD Bank, we offer both Debit Cards, as well as ATM Only Cards, and if you're having trouble withdrawing funds from one of your accounts, we'd like to recommend that you connect with us directly. By doing so, we can review your account and card with you to determine what may be preventing you from making your withdrawal.
When looking to connect with a Specialist, you have a couple different options available to you, and we'll be happy to provide you with your options so that you may choose the one that is most convenient for you.
First, you're welcome to call 1-888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to speak with a Banking Specialist. As always, you're also welcome to visit a TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative, during lobby hours. If you're unable to call or visit a Store location, we understand, and would like to recommend that you send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
