How come my checks still haven't cleared if it's been six business days? I deposited them on 6/02/2017 and today is 6/12/2017. I want to know how much longer this is going to take because I really need this money.

Good afternoon, Natalie! We'd be glad to discuss funds availability with you.
Please know that on Mondays that are not federal holidays, we process transactions from the weekend including Monday's items at the close of the business day. Because of this processing, any funds that are on hold are typically released on other business days rather than Monday itself. Based on your question, it sounds as though your funds should be available on either Tuesday or Wednesday if verified without issue.
To clarify this specifically, we encourage you to reach out to us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or during lobby hours at a TD Store near you to speak with a Representative. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this, though we'd like to assist directly, we are unable to as we do not have access to your account/personal information.
We'd like to share that there are times when check deposits are placed on hold for verification purposes. These instances include but are not limited to:
-New Accounts - During the new account's first 30 days, check deposits may be held up to seven business days. This applies to new TD Bank Customers only.
-Large Checks - Checks over $1500.00 or check deposits greater than the Customer’s average daily deposits may be held up to seven business days
-Re-Deposited Checks - Checks that have been previously returned may be held up to seven business days.
-Repeated Overdrafts - Customers who have overdrawn their account an excessive amount of times (6 or more overdrafts in a 6 month span) may have a seven business day hold placed on all check deposits.
-Reasonable Cause - If we have reason to believe a check is uncollectible or we have received notice the check is in the process of being returned, the check may be held up to seven business days.
We also recommend taking a look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://go.td.com/1kb17UQ. On pages 40-44, you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
We hope this information helps, Natalie. Have a good afternoon.
