I want to know why my money that I worked so hard to get is being held for 6-10 days or maybe even 30 days and now i'm on the verge of being put out my apartment because I can't pay my rent with out that money that I deposited

We apologize for any confusion this has caused and will be happy to clear up any concerns you may have.
Typically, while most checks deposited before 8:00 pm are available the next banking day, there are times when they may be held up to 7 business days. For example, if you are a new account holder and your account has not been open for 30 consecutive days, check deposits can be held for up to 7 business days for verification purposes.
There are other instances in which check deposits may be held for extra time. For more information on funds availability and deposits that may be applied for additional verification, please see our Personal Deposit Account Agreement at http://go.td.com/1kb17UQ. On pages 41-43, you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
