Hi there Favio,
Great to have you with us this evening and we hope all is well with you.
An email option is available for you from within your Online Banking account. To send us a message, please log in to your account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. You can submit any inquiries you have for us and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
If you're not yet enrolled for Online Banking but would like to take advantage of this service, you're welcome to enroll. Feel free to use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. You will need your Social Security number, account number and ATM or Visa Debit card number to do so. Once there, choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. After those three steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. You can then follow the steps listed above to send us your message.
