Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Marco and we'll be glad to clarify your question.
TD Debit Card Advance is an optional service we offer with our checking accounts that may help you avoid debit card declines. If your account is enrolled in this service, we may allow you to authorize ATM transactions or one-time debit card purchases even if you don't have enough money available in your account. We ask that you take a look here: https://go.td.com/1voNBCy for more details and also here: https://go.td.com/Yv0ulC for more specific information.
If your account is enrolled in TD Debit Card Advance and this is the feature you're referencing in your message, please note that this is a discretionary service. A purchase or withdrawal on your account can be declined by the Bank even if your account is enrolled in this feature based on your banking relationship.
You're more than welcome to contact one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who can review your account and this service with you in more detail. Or, if you'll be nearby one of our Stores, feel free to stop in during our extended lobby hours. If you click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you.
We hope this is helpful, Marco and feel free to reply if you have further questions. Have a great day!
