We have a couple of options available to request copies of your deposits. Whether you are requesting copies from your personal account or from a business account, only authorized signers can requests these copies.
The first way is to call one of our dedicated Banking Specialist at 888-751-9000, available 24/7. After account verification, our Specialists would be more than happy to request these copies for you.
You may also send us a secure message via your Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. If you have not enrolled, to start the process, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. If you need additional assistance setting up Online Banking, feel free to contact our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." You can also find the "Message Center" by clicking on the "Customer Service" tab at the top of the page. In your message, please be sure to add specifics details of your request.
