Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Lisa! We have plenty of options for you to update an address.
As you asked for a mailing address, to submit an address change by mail for either a personal account, or a business account with one signer, feel free to mail a request to:
TD Bank, NA
6000 Atrium Way
Mail Stop # NJ5-002-215
Mt Laurel, NJ 08054
Please have the account owner sign the request.
If this is in regard to a change of address for a business account and your employer has currently been enrolled for TD Bank BusinessDirect online banking for at least 30 days, he is more than welcome to submit the address change there. He may log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and once he has done so, he can click the Customer Service tab. On that page, he may use the Change Address and Phone Number link to submit the change of address form.
If this request is for a business account that has only one signer, or for a personal account, and the account has been open for longer than 30 days, an address change can also be requested 24/7 via telephone at 888-751-9000, where one of our Banking Specialists will be glad to help.
Otherwise, for Business Deposit Accounts with multiple signers, address changes must be completed at your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours. For hours and locations of the closest TD Bank Store, please see: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope one of these options works for you, Lisa! Please reply on TD Helps with any questions. Have a wonderful evening.
