Thanks for coming by today, Alfred!
There are plenty of ways to check your balance and we're happy to review them with you. You may contact our automated system for your balance by dialing 888-751-9000. At any time during the call, please press 0 to be directed to a live Banking Specialist. Our Specialists are available 24/7 for your convenience and will be happy to provide you with your balance.
Additionally, if you have an ATM or debit card, you may stop by any ATM to check your balance. Please note, if you visit a non-TD Bank ATM, there may be additional fees applied for this service. For more information about our current fee schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. If you'd prefer to use a TD ATM to check your balance please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find the TD ATMs nearest you.
You mentioned that you currently do not bank online however if you would like to enroll and have an ATM or debit card, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. In addition to your ATM/debit card number, you will also need your account number and Social Security number. If you have trouble with the self-service enrollment form, have no worries, you're welcome to contact our Banking Specialists at the number provided above for help with the enrollment. Once you're enrolled and logged in you'll be able to review your balance that way.
We hope this information helps, Alfred and please let us know if we can assist again.
