Last week I notified the bank that I might have been hacked. A code was put on my card, and I have since switched cards, but I can't get into my account on line. How do I get this cleared up? Would going to the bank and hoping for help be the right way to do it, or must I contact the fraud department? The customer service member had tried to transfer me to the fraud department, and I got cut off. I didn't call back. Help me please, I need to get this account going.
