I opened custodial accounts for my children within the past two years. I was only given their account numbers hand written on deposit slips and no other information. I was told they were linked to my account but it is not obvious to me how to access their information.

Thank you for writing to us on TD Helps, Sal. We're glad to hear that you have opened Savings accounts for your children.
If you are the custodian on your children's Savings accounts, you should have online access to these accounts, so you may manage them online along with your other existing TD Bank accounts.
If you are currently enrolled for Online Banking and are unable to view your children's Savings account online, we ask you please contact our Digital Banking Team 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562. After one of our Specialists has verified you with the proper identification information, they’ll be able to add the accounts to your Online Banking in no time. Also you can visit your local TD Bank Store with your valid photo ID during the lobby hours, where a Representative will be able to help you. If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for all your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
