Good afternoon and thank you for writing to us with your concerns today. We apologize for any trouble you're having.
Since we're not certain what the issue might be, we have couple of things you can try. First, if you're experiencing any problem entering your password, you can reset this yourself online. To do so, you'll need to remember your User Name and have a Social Security number. If you do, please start here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Forgot your password? link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, you'll be asked to answer two security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password. Once this is complete, you can return to the home page any try your login again.
If this isn’t the issue or you'd rather have someone assist you, we have another idea for you. You can either contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or stop in at your nearest TD Bank Store location during normal lobby hours with your valid photo ID. To find our Store locations near you, you can visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Thanks again for getting in touch, Mariel and we hope this helps!
All the best and have a fantastic holiday weekend.
