Thanks for writing to us at TD Helps Wayne. We’re sorry you've been having difficulty with Online Banking.
Personal Loan statements are not currently viewable online. Statements are mailed to the address on file. An additional copy can be sent via mail or fax after receiving a signed request. Please call into our 24/7 Financial Solutions Group at 800-457-2387 to request a statement be sent to you.
You should also be able to send a secured email through Online Banking to request a copy of your Loan statement. To send a secured message you must first log on to your TD Bank online profile. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “ Message Center”.
If you continue having trouble sending a secured email through your Online Banking, we suggest you call our Online Banking Customer Service at 800-493-7562 at your convenience so that can troubleshoot with you.
