In case you're a Customer of ours here at TD Bank in the States, if you have a U.S. Social Security number then you are more than welcome to activate your TD Bank Visa Debit card by calling 888-553-4122. Please have your card number handy when you call.
In case you're a Cross Border Customer with us and don't have a U.S. Social Security number, kindly note that you'll receive a temporary PIN in the mail 1-2 business days after receiving your card, which will include the activation instructions you may use.
