You came to the right place for information Michael. Welcome to TD Helps! There are several ways available to have your new account be made viewable on your TD Online Banking and we'd be happy to go over these options with you. First, once your new account has been opened, please allow one full business day for your new account to appear online. If the new account has not been made viewable, we have other options. You may request to add your new account to your TD Online Banking by sending us a secure message. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." You also have the option of calling us at 888-751-9000. We are available 24/7 and after account verification, we'd be happy to help with your request. You may also visit your local TD Store for additional assistance here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. We hope this helps. Have a great weekend!
