Good evening Sue,
Thanks for getting in touch with us about Bill Pay and we apologize if there was any confusion in doing this.
You'll be able to add a biller to your Bill Pay by accessing the Bill Pay tab after logging in. To go directly to the log in page, please click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then select the Bill Pay tab. You would then select the 'Add a Company or Person to Pay' button in the middle of the screen
Once you have done so, since you'd like to add an insurance company, you may be able to locate your biller in our pre-generated list by clicking on the Insurance option (third option in the list). If you've tried this and haven't been able to find yours, you can add a new company by using the search bar at the top of that screen. Once you enter the information required, you'll be ready to schedule bill payments to the biller you've just created!
