If you are not currently enrolled for online banking and wish to enroll for Online Banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).

Additionally, if you recently had a change of address, we ask that you contact us at 888-751-9000 to place your check order. After your order is placed, checks typically take 7-10 business days to arrive to your address.
We also offer Mobile Banking services, which allow you to access your account 24/7. You can make deposits to your account by using TD Bank Mobile Deposit App. TD Bank Mobile Deposit is available for most iPhone and Android devices and to customers of at least 90 days or longer with an active checking, savings or money market account. Please visit http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information about this feature.
Once you are enrolled for Online Banking, you have the option of downloading the Mobile Banking Application that allows you to check balances, make transfers and deposits on the go!
Generally speaking, when your deposit is made before 8pm EST on a business day, funds will be made available the following business day. If your deposit is made after 8pm EST on a business day or on any weekend or Federal Holiday, the next business day will be considered the deposit date. For example if you make a mobile deposit on a Saturday, the deposit date will be Monday, since that is the next business day; your funds would then generally be available on Tuesday morning. If Monday is a Federal holiday, the transaction will post Wednesday morning. For more information, take a look here: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL (the deposit availability details are listed in sections 2 and 3).
Please keep in mind that $100 same day availability for deposits do not apply to Mobile Deposits.
You may also mail your check deposits to:
TD Bank, N.A. ME2-001-033 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, ME 04243
Like any other deposits, a few simple guidelines apply:
-Cash should not be sent through the mail
-Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
-Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only)
-Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
-Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
-If using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly
-Do not staple transactions
For more information on funds availability and deposits that may be applied for longer delays, please take a look here for our Personal Deposit Account Agreement: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (Pg. 38-41).
We hope you find our answers helpful and please don’t hesitate to return to TD Helps if you have any further questions.
