Thank you for writing into TD Helps, Tahmeer! We'll be glad to provide the information that is needed to answer your question.
Although you're unable to add a joint owner online, we'd be happy to discuss how you can add a signer to your account. Adding a joint owner to your account must be done at a TD Bank location as a new signature card must be signed by both parties. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a Store near you. Please have your mom bring a proper form of identification such as a driver's license, state ID and or a US passport with you to any TD Bank during lobby hours. If you and your mom are unable to meet at a TD Bank location, we recommend contacting the store where the account was opened as a Manager may be able to assist.
Let us know if you have any questions, Tahmeer and have a great day!
