My Mother is getting older and we need to add a name and signature to her account. She already has a neighbor on the account and would like to add either my husband or I.

Hi Sharon. Thanks for coming to TD Helps with a great question!
We think it's wonderful that you want to help your Mom with her finances! We'd be glad to offer some advice.
To have a signer added to an existing account, it will require a visit to a local TD Bank Store. All current signers, as well as the individual being added will need to be present with photo ID. This means that your Mom, her neighbor, and either yourself or your husband will all need to be there. We'll take the new signers info and have everyone sign an updated signature card.
It’s a fairly quick and easy process! Just stop in to see us at a time that's convenient for everyone involved. You can find hours and locations for all of our Stores here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. We can even make an appointment for you. Give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and we'll schedule that for you right away!
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us here, give us a call at the number above, or visit us at any of our Stores.
We wish you and your family all the best! Take care, Sharon.
