My husband and I just recently opened up a joint checking account. We each already have our own separate checking accounts and online banking. How do I add this new checking account to my pre-existing online banking account? Thank you.

We're happy to have you here on TD Helps, Nichole.
Usually, when you open a new account, it should automatically appear on your existing Online and Mobile Banking within 1 business day. If, for some reason, your new joint account doesn't show up, we ask that you give us a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562. After account verification, our Tech Support Specialists will be more than happy to link that account for you! If you'd prefer, you may visit any TD location for further assistance. For a listing of TD Stores please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You may also send us a secure message so we may add the new account to your Online Banking profile. To send a secure message, please log onto your Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you log in, please select the "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." You can also find the "Message Center" by clicking on the "Customer Service" tab at the top of the page.
Let us know if you have any other questions and take care!
