Welcome to TD Helps, Ariel. We'd be glad to help.
To add a signer to an existing TD Checking or Savings account, both the account holder(s) and prospective signers would have to visit a TD Store to speak with a Representative in person. Adding a signer cannot be completed online at this time for security reasons and we apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
Please make sure to bring proper identification (Driver's License, State issued photo ID, Passport, etc.) and Social Security Number.
To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. You are also able to make an appointment at a location near you by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Our Representatives will be happy to set a date for you and your new signer.
We hope to see you at a TD Store soon! Have a great day!
