From your description, it sounds like you're already banking online with TD Bank. If this is the case and you've opened a new account with us, usually your new account will appear online automatically within 2-3 days of account opening.
If you are still unable to view your new account Online, we ask that you contact a Tech Support Specialist at your earliest convenience at 800-493-7562 (option 2 for BusinessDirect). After account verification, our Specialists, who are available 24/7, would be more than happy to help! If you prefer, feel free to visit a local TD Bank Store where a Representative can link your accounts for you. Please find a location with lobby hours nearby you at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please keep in mind that if you've opened a business account with more than one signer and would like to view this under your personal login, we must receive a signed, written authorization from each authorized signer on the business account. In this instance we ask that you visit a local TD Bank store for assistance.

This is not a new checking account I want to add. It is an old one I want to add to my existing online account.

As long as the account is open, active and you're an authorized signer on the account, you are able to call the number Brian mentioned in his reply to have the account displayed on your online profile.
