Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Mathew. We'd be happy to assist you in adding your security questions!
If you're currently using our Mobile App, you'll not be able to add new Security Questions via Mobile App. But no worries! Please bring up your web browser on your phone and type www.tdbank.com in the URL, it will take you to a smart phone friendly version of our website, and you will need to click on "View full website" link which is located on the bottom of the page.
A few tips to consider that may help you with remembering your security questions include:
-Only selecting security questions that are meaningful to you. For instance, if your pets are more important to you than your first car, select the pet question.
-Avoiding abbreviations in your answer, like " LBI." instead of " Long Beach Island ".
-Answers to your security questions are not case-sensitive. So you only have to remember the answer - not whether or not you capped any of the words in your answer.
For additional security question tips and other helpful hints for answering your security questions you can visit: http://bit.ly/1ikiYdw
If you're still unable to add Security Questions with this answer, a member of our Digital Banking Team can assist you 24/7. They can be reached at 800-493-7562. If you would prefer, you can also visit a local TD Bank Store. For lobby hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are able to log onto your TD Bank Online Banking from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, you can view and update your Security Questions and Answers by selecting the "Customer Service" tab. Once you’re there, under "Self Service" please click on the "Change Security Question/Answers" link. It will then take you to the "Update Your Security Questions and Answers" page where you can change/update your information by selecting the "Change" link after each question.
If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please direct your browser to http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and follow the same steps to add or update your Security Questions and Answers.
We hope this helps Mathew and have a wonderful day!
