If you wish to add another authorized signer to your existing business account, the current signer will need to visit a local TD Bank Store during lobby hours to sign an updated signature card with the new signer together. Please ensure that all signers have proper ID; a Driver's License, Passport, State issued ID, or Military ID will be accepted. If you are currently signed up for TD BusinessDirect online banking and would like to add a sub-user to the online banking only, we may help too! Please follow the steps below after logging on to your account from here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8
Click on Users
Click on Add New Users button which is located on the bottom right corner
Please complete the required fields such as User ID, Password, First name and Last Name, and then click on Add User button
Once a Sub-User is added, you may click on Manage Roles to assign different roles to your Sub-User.

If I'm REMOVING A SIGNATORY AND ADDING A NEW PERSON ALL TOGETHER. DO ALL THE SIGNATROIES NEED TO BE PRESENT. WOULD THE PERSON BEING REMOVED FROM THE SIGNATURE CARD NEED TO BE PRESENT.

In order to add or remove a signer from a business account, all current signers, including the individuals being added and removed, must visit a TD Store during lobby hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
