I have an account that doesn't show up on my online banking. How do I go about adding this? What do I need to verify it is me incase I have to call or go to a teller?

Thanks for joining us today, Brett! We'd be glad to help.
If you've recently opened an account and it is not displayed via Online Banking, we ask that you allow one full business day to pass as the account should become visible automatically.
If your account was not made viewable in this time frame, we ask that you contact us directly so we may add it to your account profile. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to update your online profile.
You are also able to visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. Be sure to bring a valid photo I.D. for your visit (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.)
If you find that you do not have the time to pay us a visit or call, feel free to send us a secure message while you're signed in to Online Banking. You're able to log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Be sure to include the account number that you'd like to add to your profile.
We hope this helps, Brett and have a great day!
