You may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists to have your account added; once we verify your account(s), we'll be able to update your existing Online Banking profile. Another option would be visiting your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours and a Customer Service Representative can assist if you are unable to connect with us via telephone. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a Store near you.
Alternately, since you mentioned that you already have access to Online Banking, you can send us a Secure Message by first logging into your profile here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once in, please select the "Customer Service" option at the top. From here, select "Send a Message" under the "Message Center." This will allow you to send us a request to add your new account to your existing online profile (please make sure you include the full account number). You should receive a response from us upon completion within 24-48 hours and at your next login, you'll be able to see your new account!
