If you are referring to a loan or line of credit account, please note that the account should become viewable online approximate 10 business days after closing. If this time passes and the account is not viewable, you can give our Digital Banking Team a call at the telephone number listed above. Another option would be sending us a secured message via online banking. Please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send a Message. If you choose this option, please include the account number in your message. If you are unable to call us or send a secure message online, you can always visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours and we'll be happy to assist you.
