Thanks for joining the conversation, Alex! We'll be glad to answer your online banking question.
If you're the owner or joint owner of the account in question, you're enrolled in online banking and it's not a business account, you can send us a secured message. If you choose this method, please include the full account number that you'd like to add to your online banking profile. To send a secured message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page. Once we receive your request, we'll be able to make the account viewable through online banking.
If the account in question is a business account with multiple signers, you and the signers must visit a TD Bank during lobby hours. We must receive a signed, written authorization from each authorized signer on the business account. You may bring this information to your nearest TD Bank or fax this authorization to 1-856-533-7647. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
Please provide the following information in your fax:
1. Account number
2. A brief statement requesting business account to be accessed under your personal User Name and Password
3. The printed names and signatures of all authorized signers on the account
If you do intend to access your business account under your personal user name and password, please be aware that any bill payments issued for your business account will reflect your personal name and address not your business name and address.

How long does it take for the account to show up after you have sent a secure message? I sent a secure message a few days ago and it still is not showing up yet. Thanks

If you've recently opened a new account, this would generally be available to view online 1-2 business days after opening.
If you're not yet able to view your new account and this time frame has passed, usually we can fix this issue quickly and easily for you. If this is the case, please contact a Banking Specialist so that we can add the account to your online view. We can be reached 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
