Thanks for stopping by TD Helps today, Lain.
Generally, in order to add a joint account signer to an existing TD Bank account, both parties must be visiting a TD Bank Store together. Please make sure both parties, including you, bring the following documents: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security number.
If you are unable to do so, we recommend reaching out to your local TD Bank Store or the TD location where your account was originally opened at by telephone to determine if there is another option to add another signer to your account without you being present. To find out TD store locations and telephone numbers near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once again, thanks for stopping by TD Helps and please let us know if you have any other questions. Have a great day.
