In reply to Martin, Lantzville
Good morning, Martin and thanks for joining the TD Helps community! We'd love to be of assistance.
As we noticed that you're writing in from Lantzville, it may be that you bank with TD Canada Trust.
You may find helpful information about cancelling or changing recurring payments for your TD Canada Trust account here: http://bit.ly/1GvYsQD or here: http://bit.ly/1uxJ8MR. You may also want to reach out to them and post your specific question, which you'll be able to do here: http://bit.ly/1kD3iFr, or, feel free to give them a call 24/7 at 866-222-3456.
If you do happen to bank with us here at TD Bank in the US, we'll be glad to provide some instruction. If you're using TD Bank Bill Pay and these payments were established there, you'll want to cancel the series of recurring payments and set up a new one in order to change the amount for later payments.
Please follow these steps:
-Log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq
-Click on the Bill Pay tab
-Click on the Manage Your Bills tab
-Select the Biller you'd like to update from the drop-down list
-Select Delete Automatic Payment using the radio button (if you have more than one for this biller, please be sure to select the correct payment series to delete)
-Click OK on the pop-up box that appears
You're then free to set up a new recurring payment to this biller, at which time you can select a new amount to pay.
For any questions you may have, we're here to help. Give us a call anytime, 24/7 at 800-493-7562 using Option 3 and a Tech Support Specialist will be glad to troubleshoot with you. Or, we're available at our TD Bank Stores for you during lobby hours, and see http://bit.ly/TDStores to find your nearest location.
Thanks again for your visit, Martin and we hope this is helpful! Have a wonderful day.
