I have 2 accounts with you. a checking account and a CD account. I have recently changed address (moved house) and would like to advise you of that. how do i go about it please?

Thanks for reaching out, Ruth. We'd be glad to help you notify us of this change.
As you've mentioned that you are unable to call at this time, we recommend submitting your address change to us via secure message. To send a secure message you must first log on to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Address changes once received may take up to 2-3 business days to process and this information may not be displayed on your statement for a full statement cycle.
If you are not currently enrolled at this time, you are able to sign up form Online Banking here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/debit card, Social Security Number and email address.
