I opened an account online. I've lost or forgotten both my username and password. I am not able to authenticate as I have not yet made a deposit. Seems my only option is to reapply and let the "new" account expire. The nearest bank is over 4.5 hours away and nearly 300 miles from where I live and work.
I attempted to download and print the Direct Deposit form, but was not able to do so. I would have had my account number and the ABA number to make a deposit.

Hello Gene, and welcome to TD Helps!
Since you mentioned that your account was opened via online, we'd like to advise that a password and username are not provided upon account opening. You will not able to complete an online profile until your account is activated by making your first deposit.
If you elected not to make an ACH transfer to fund your account during the account opening process, then you may still make your first deposit by mailing into us via the documents from your welcome packet. Since you've mentioned that you are unable to visit a TD Store location you may wish to contact our New Accounts Department at 1-800-295-3169 if you have any questions or have misplaced your welcome packet.
Thanks for the question, Gene. Let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.
