Hi I have tried the instructions above as well as the IAC number. I am currently living in England and my visa and debit cards have both been locked. Please provide a number I can contact.

Thanks for joining in, Tina. We'd be glad to help.
Please know that the telephone numbers mentioned above are the correct numbers to reach TD Bank from overseas.
You are also able to discuss your account via secure message using Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Please know that we would like to assist you directly however, TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
We hope to hear from you soon, Tina. Have a good day.

Welcome back, Tina. We're sorry to hear that you're still having an issue connecting with a Representative.
The numbers provided above, (215)-569-0518 and (856)-751-9000 are the two numbers you can call while trying to reach us outside of the United States.
As Megan suggested above, you may also send us a secure message through online banking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq, to receive assistance with your debit card.
We hope to speak with you soon, Tina, take care.
